Meet Angel, owner says she is a Red, Blue Heeler, Aussie Mix.

Angel is a gentle and loving dog who was surrendered through no fault of her own. Her family, who adored her, had to move and couldn’t take her along. Now at the shelter, Angel is understandably confused and scared as she adjusts to her new surroundings.

She is up to date on her vaccines and currently decompressing here. Although she tested positive for Lyme disease, she isn’t showing any symptoms and is being treated with antibiotics. Her previous family shared that she is great with children, adults, other dogs, and even cats. While she is only "somewhat" house-trained, she is highly intelligent and has been showing us just how smart she is since she arrived.

Angel has all the makings of a wonderful, life-long companion and is ready to find her new forever home.

Additional adoption info

Call 740-934-2693 to make an appointment to visit pets at our shelter! All pets are spayed or neutered and up to date on all shots before leaving our facility. You must fill out an adoption form and be approved. We will need to see a driver license or valid id card with your address.

$150.00 adoption fee for dogs/puppies. All dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on shots and rabies shots, wormed, heartworm and lyme disease tested.

$50.00 adoption fee for cats. All cats are up to date on shots, have been spayed and neutered, and feline leukemia tested.
