Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Cinnamon Peaches is a 2-year-old female dog who lives up to her sweet, cheerful name! With lots of energy, she's still young and ready to explore the world. She gets excited to leave her kennel but becomes easy to leash if you wait for her to settle. While she may try to door dash, a quick "wait" reminder keeps her in check. Cinnamon Peaches shows no reaction to other dogs and is eager to go outside for potty breaks and adventure. She's a good walker, sweet, happy, and loves cuddles. Her treat motivation makes her eager to learn, making continued training a breeze. This lovely girl would be a great fit for an active person or family who can keep up with her fun, lively spirit.
During playgroups, Cinnamon Peaches was so popular among the humans and the dogs alike. She was friendly, fun-loving, and so sweet. She played nicely with both genders in a large group. She worked the crowd with all of her charm.
Although she is heartworm positive, it is treatable and not contagious. Friends of Wake County Animal Center has provided a $400 sponsorship to help cover the cost of treatment.
If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Cinnamon Peaches 254594".
She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
