Found this sweet boy while shopping. No collar/ID/not microchipped. He is a red/brown smooth haired Chihuahua Mix, approx. 2 yo. He was hungry, thirsty, afraid and confused. He is the sweetest, most lovable and playful boy and loves to be hugged and cuddled. Despite the rope in the pic, he was loved at some point because he was very clean, nice nails and teeth, no fleas or ticks and understands commands. Perfect ESA. I fed and gave him water; spent several hours w him trying to figure out what to do, and after calling rescues and other resources, I was told to take him to the city shelter. He was very afraid of getting in my car, so picked him up and used a harness and a leash with a seatbelt buckle to secure him.
