After almost 25 years living in the same place, I’m told the new landlord wants to use the land for something else. I offered more than 2X the current rent, but they didn’t want more $. They want to use the land to plant fruit trees.
I’m currently trying desperately to rehome at least my dog it has become quite clear that we will find no one to rent to 3 adults, 3 dogs
We all want to stay together but can find nothing.
They wanted me out by 12/31, but I got on a waiting list for senior housing for myself and I’m hoping if they start court proceedings a judge will give a stay for 6 months or a year to give us more time beause of the length of time I’ve lived him the fact that I own the trailer but can’t move it, and difficulty finding suitable housing in this town.
