Bandit was rescued a couple months ago — an outdoor only dog, who had no social skills, vaccines, etc. He was placed in 30-day board & train (they will be a support system), and now knows the commands sit, down, place, and break, but needs daily reinforcement as he’s still learning and young. He is crate trained.
Bandit loves to cuddle on the couch, thinks he is a lap dog, enjoys fetch and agility activities, and is a big fan of water - especially with the hose. He is also a little snack thief; very food motivated! He is like a shadow, always following you around and eager to be by your side. He’s a big curious doofus, and is very lovable.
Bandit would thrive in a single-dog home with someone patient, experienced, and willing to continue reinforcing training. Bonus if familiar with this high energy breed. He gets along well with our female cattle dog, but our older male mutt has been aggressive towards him.
