My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pizza! Pizza is a little guy - a white and brown kitten, about 4 months old. He was found all alone by a Good Samaritan in a Culpeper backyard. He must have been out there for a long time and it must've have been very frightening for him because his beautiful white fur was dirty and soiled and he seemed terrified to be left alone and wanted to be held often.

Pizza is super sweet and loves being carried around and curling up on your lap. He’s adventurous and curious about what everyone is up to and gets along well with other cats. He loves people and would be a great companion cat.

Pizza is dewormed, received his FVRCP vaccine and rabies vaccine, and is neutered.. He combo tested negative and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. You won't need to pay to reregister every year - it's done! Interested in this sweet boy? Let us know! GoodMews22@aol.com or call 540.717.4420

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process requires you filling out an approved adoption application, meeting your future family member, and signing a contract. More about this rescue

Our rescue is dedicated to the cats that have been forgotten - strays that are shy and frightened, abandoned cats that once had a home and are trying to come into a home for shelter, cats that need a little more TLC than most to trust again.

These cats are struggling on our streets to be noticed, struggling for survival. They need our love, our compassion, our help.

They are the forgotten cats.
The cats that most rescues "don't have time for."

ALL cats deserve love.
ALL cats deserve a good home.
ALL cats deserve to be treated with respect and given care.

Given time, love, and nurturing, these cats become wonderful, loving housecats.

Our rescue is for the forgotten cats. In my home, they are known as the Shrinking Violets, and I have fought for their right to be loved, receive care, and the respect they deserve. Please join me with your support.
