My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocco came to us from an amazing rescue in Tennessee where they saved him from a horrible situation. He lived in a crate so small he could not lift his head or move around. There was no bottom to the crate so he stood on the wire all day.

But it did nothing to curb his love of life and people! He is a very energetic and enthusiastic young guy who is very playful, loving and sweet. . For as tall and leggy as he is, he walks nicely on the leash. An active family would be a great fit!

If you were to see him in his outdoor enclosure, he paces back and forth. It is hard to watch, but we know that when his forever family finds him, he will be able to relax and learn that life can be all he could ever hope for. Rocco is very smart - he know sit and down. What more could he learn with his new family?

Rocco is believed to be a Pointer mix and around 50lbs. He is between 1 and 2 years old. We do not know about other dogs cats or kids BUT we are very happy to do a meet and greet with you
