My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh, Fred! This sweet gentleman is looking for a special home that understands his unique needs. After spending the first 10 years of his life in a situation where he wasn't properly socialized, Fred is ready to find a loving family who will give him the time and patience he deserves.
Fred is a cuddly snuggle bug at heart, but he takes his time to warm up. Once he trusts you, he'll be your loyal companion. While he tolerates kids, we recommend a home with older children who can respect his space.
This lovable pup has a special fondness for stuffed animals, which help calm him during stressful times like bath time or when getting his harness and leash on. Fred may express his fears with little snips, but rest assured, he's not aggressive-just scared.
He's currently learning basic commands like "sit" and "stay," but prefers gentle voices. If he feels overwhelmed, he may retreat to his safe space, whether it's his crate or his comfy bed. Although he's a bit apprehensive about the leash, once it's on, he becomes a wonderful walking companion.
Fred is house and crate trained, and he's motivated by treats, making training a fun experience! He enjoys being snuggled and loved, but he also cherishes his personal space as long as he can still see you.
Fred is dog-friendly but would appreciate having clear boundaries when it comes to his toys, food, and space. He doesn't do well with separation, so a home where someone works from home or is retired would be ideal for him.
With patience and love, Fred will become a cherished member of your family. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this gentle soul, apply at Fullcirclerescueandsanctuary.com. $200 adoption fee covers neuter, parasite prevention, vaccines and microchip.
