Let us introduce you to Vinnie! This ginger munchkin is always ready to play, but he also likes to unwind in your lap and contently purr it up.

Vinnie is a sturdy and handsome adventurer, with a boldness that sets him apart. He was the first in his litter to bravely crunch on kibble and to master the litter box, leading the way with a confident swagger.

He has viewed and sniffed the resident Chihuahuas through a baby gate and gets along well with his mom and brothers. He loves playing and running up and down the hallway with his brother, Victor (APA#137363).

Vinnie is so precocious, full of energy and is overflowing with love! Contact us and we'll introduce you...ask to meet one (or more!) of his adorable brothers too!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.

Step one:
Browse our available animals online. Our website has more details on every animal, including any known history with dogs, cats, and kids, as well as individual adoption fees. Visit https://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
