Meet Pumpkin Spice!

This beautiful tortoiseshell girl came into the shelter with 9 kittens! Now that her babies are weaned, she is ready to leave the “mom-life” behind and move on to her next phase, as an inside kitty!

Pumpkin Spice is ready to relax on your lap and get pets all day! She will occasionally play with a feathered wand, but really loves to chill out with humans. She also loves crunchy treats, and rolling in catnip!

Pumpkin Spice is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all of her vaccinations, and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family. We welcome all adopters, from any county or state.

We prefer if you complete an application prior to meeting the animals so we can help you make a great match.

This is accomplished through education, quality and compassionate care of the animals received at the shelter, and community outreach. GHHS obtains funding through donations, fees for services, and fundraisers.
