Ellie was one of a small litter born to a stray mom cat in a barn. For a while, they were fed and socialized in the barn, then given to TC Paw and quarantined briefly in a crate, and then placed in their current foster home. Ellie is an inquisitive, laid-back, playful little kitten who is becoming more socialized and used to house sounds every day. She likes hanging out with the adult foster cat in the home and following what he does as she learns how to live in a household after the barn and the quarantine cage. Her favorite toy is whatever is in front of her at the moment. You can pick her up and hold her. She uses her litter box and scratching post well. Her beautiful long coat will need brushing to keep it pretty. Ellie will do well in a home with people who understand feline behavior and will give her time to bond with them. Another cat as a companion would also be good, like her sister Ellis. Please check Ellis's page. Their foster family welcomes home visits for you to meet the girls.
