Hershey is the ultimate lover and cuddle boy. He wants to be with you and loved on! If you are sitting in a chair, he will either have his head on your lap or paw wrapped around your knee like he is hugging you. Hershey loves rubber toys and balls, but he really loves humans most of all!

Hershey is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training to help ensure a successful adoption. Hershey is crate-trained and is fine being home alone for a while. Hershey is working on leash training and will need a family committed to helping him be his best self on the leash. Hershey is currently learning come, sit, and stay. Hershey is always very excited to see all humans, so his foster family is working on him jumping up in joy on his favorite people. Hershey is working on his house-training and is doing well with strict supervision.
Hershey currently lives with a female rottweiler, young male Dutch shepherd, a senior shepherd that does not like to be bothered, and a 3 month old puppy. He is a true social butterfly in the dog world and gets along with just about everyone.
He loves to be brushed, wiped down. Tolerated bath well and thought getting towel dried was a fun game. Loves treats just doesn't want to work for them in a toy.
