My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Moonbeam! I've been raised in a foster home alongside my brother, Shinelight, and our friend Twight, who joined us after being surrendered without any siblings. The three of us have enjoyed a loving foster home with a toddler and a friendly dog. We’re known for being super sweet, playful, and starting to purr as soon as we’re picked up.

More about this rescue

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all breed, NO KILL, animal rescue organization, incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer driven group with a number years experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate and rehome, abandoned, abused and unwanted animals in Willows and Chico, California.

We rescue animals at risk of euthanasia in shelters, as well as those surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We are committed to helping the most needy, as well as the readily adoptable.
