My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Corny Dog! This playful girl is a 4 and a half year old, 52 pound border collie mix. She's crate trained, a dream on the leash, and is working hard on her other good girl skills as she gets used to NYC life. Corny Dog loves going for walks, being outside, and playing with toys and other dogs. She's super people-friendly and will immediately put her head on your lap after a quick sniff hello. Corny Dog is looking for an adopter ready to keep her mind engaged with continued training work and a structured routine. Are you ready to add this happy pup to your life?

Approved adopters interested in Corny Dog can email adopt@hbrdogs.com for more info. If you're not approved yet, apply today at hbrdogs.com!

More about this rescue

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
