Meet Keanu – A Sweet, Independent Soul in Need of a New Home

Keanu has been a part of our family since she was just 4 weeks old. She’s always been a cat who values her independence and prefers affection on her terms. While she has a sweet side, Keanu can be stand-offish, and she isn’t one to appreciate attention when she’s not in the mood. If she’s bothered, she may scratch or bite, making her best suited for a home without young children.

With a 22-month-old and a newborn in the house, we’ve grown increasingly concerned about our toddler unintentionally disturbing her and getting scratched or swiped at. Keanu deserves a peaceful home where her boundaries are respected, and she can share her affection on her own schedule.
