Introducing Tiny Tim! Tiny Tim came to us as 2.5 lb. puppy and has grown to 23 pounds of cuteness! Cat-like in personality, but dog by birth, this loveable scamp lives to eat, adventure, and make friends. Born on 7/30/24, we believe he is a terrier mix of some sort, but we know he is 100% perfect! Whether he is greeting that stranger with kisses, or trying to play with that cranky dog down the street, all are welcome in his space. His social and outgoing nature makes him a good candidate for a house with another dog or a sturdy cat he can spar with. After all, a friend is a friend, and for little Tiny, the more friends the happier the life. In addition to a living situation with plenty of bite sized companions, Tiny would do best in a home with experienced owners who know how to deal with a medium sized, stubborn, and independent dog. Why? Because Tiny believes rules don't apply to him and gets a little snarky when discipline cuts off playtime or impacts his desire to do as he pleases. He is a typical puppy in this way and with the right training, he will grow to be a respectful canine citizen. Unbiased by age, size, gender, or species, this open-minded little tyke is sure to contribute years of laughter, fun, and energetic excitement to the right family. With a little effort and a lot of love (and patience), young Tiny is going to grow into an exceptional, well-rounded family dog. His adoption fee is $350. A refundable training deposit of $100 will be also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The training deposit will be refundable within 3 months of the adoption date.
All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application today! All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.
