Junior used to belong to our previous upstairs neighbor, who has since moved out and abandoned him in the process. We'd been taking care of him at our complex for about 4 years before we brought him inside. He is happy and energetic, always wants to play, and very friendly, but he doesn't get along well with our other cats and we unfortunately don't have the energy required to keep up with his high play-drive.
During his time outside, he was taken in by a TNR program, indicated by his tipped ear, so he has already been neutered, but has not been to the vet since. He is an indoor-only cat for his own safety and the safety of the local bird population (he is a bit too good at hunting), and we would prefer to adopt him to a home that plans to keep him indoor-only.
We think he would do best in a home where someone is always around to give him attention and play with him. He can get along with some cats (just not ours), but we don't know how he is around children or dogs.
