I am a new arrival! If you are interested, please complete the application at hoofwoofmeow.org/adoption. Katniss is the only female kitten in her litter of 6! Her brothers do not take it easy on her but she is a tough little girl. This tiny tortie can wrestle with the best of them! She will throw her paw out and hold the boys off with it while she eats. She plays hard and naps well through commotion. She enjoys chasing the ball around the floor. She is learning to jump up and play with the feather string toy. Her adoption fee is $200 - which includes core vaccinations (age appropriate), microchip & spay/neuter *HWMAR presents the information in these bios based on our foster observations and any information presented to us regarding prior living conditions, breed specifications. While we aim to be as accurate as possible, each animal is individual and their behaviors and personalities can change in different surroundings. Our adoption fee is $400.00 for puppies, $350.00 for adult dogs, and $175.00 for seniors.. A completed Adoption Application is required prior to meeting an animal. Vet references will be checked, and then an appointment may be scheduled to meet the pet.

Our rescue is foster based, therefore you will need to make an appointment to visit with any of our animals that are available for adoption.
Most of our adoptable animals come from high kill shelters. Occasionally we are given specific breed information on the animals, but more often, we have to make an educated guess as to breed or mixture based on size, color and physical characteristics.
