Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abel is an ~ 5 - 1/2 month old neutered male. He is current on his vaccinations and microchipped!
Meet Abel! Abel is a gorgeous and sweet little man who is ready to find a loving family to call all his own! He came into the shelter as a single orphaned baby who has since flourished in a loving foster home. Although he may be a bit shy and more reserved at first, once he is comfortable he is a typical active and goofy kitten who loves to play and explore. While he loves pets and snuggles with his favorite people, he also does great entertaining himself when you must be away.
Since Abel is a shy little guy who prefers a bit of a calmer environment, he is looking for a family with slightly older children at least 8 years of age or older who won't chase or scare him. He is much more comfortable and outgoing with another feline friend right by his side, so he is required to go to a home with another kitty. He should also do ok with calmer dogs in the house given slow and proper introductions to one another.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
