Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
After being picked up as a stray, Loretta was quickly put on the county shelter’s euthanasia list for having multiple mammary masses and a few lumps and bumps at just seven-years old. Not afraid of a mass (or two!), we knew her life shouldn’t end there. We brought her into our care hoping to provide her a long, happy life.
Unfortunately, there was a mast cell tumor discovered in her leg that showed that it had spread into her lymph nodes. We rallied behind her resilient spirit and tried oral chemotherapy, but the medications were too hard on her body.
Loretta may not have a very long life ahead of her, but we know she can have a happy one for however long she has left. Her dream home is one where she can get plenty of love and attention from her people and enjoy the coziness of a soft bed.
Our beautiful girl is looking for a family where she can be the one and only pet and has older children or is adult-only. Loretta would benefit from a consistent routine and daily walks where she can explore the world.
This gentle, relaxed lady is a professional cuddler who loves meeting new people and going new places. She has mastered crate- and house-training, has amazing leash and door manners and knows basic commands.
Loretta’s adoption fee includes her completed veterinary exams, vaccines, spay and microchip. We will continue to cover her ongoing cancer care. To meet this angel who is SO deserving of a home to live out the remainder of her days, apply here: https://lovethemallrescue.org/adoptablespecialneeds
She will win you over with her sweet and silly personality, perfect manners and her most soulful eyes.
BRAVE. PERFECT MANNERS. TRUE ANGEL!

We are going to be highly selective about who adopts our dogs. Our adoption agreements have extensive guidelines and requirements regarding the care and handling of our dog from the time of adoption through the rest of the pet's life. If we do not feel that the home is a perfect fit for our dog or if we are not confident the potential adopters are capable of upholding our strict care guidelines, we will not adopt our dog to them.
