Hey there I’m Tango. I am playful and loving. I like to sleep with my human foster brother at night and on the couch in the sun all day. I love to be held and cuddled and will show that with a nice loud purr.
My foster mom noticed that I maybe didn’t have great depth perception. I like to climb up things instead of jumping and I get scared if someone touches me before I know they are near me. The vet confirmed that I am vision impaired but I get around my foster home just fine.
My condition is called Congenital microphthalmia per the vet: "appears to be a mild to moderate case so treatment is likely not necessary, but his vision does seem to be affected (does appear to have some vision, but is impaired). This is a condition where his eyes didn't develop to the correct size and are too small, no treatment is necessary at this time."
I like other cats and want them to play with me. I am tolerant of dogs and puppies but get worried that they may step on me because I can’t always tell where they are.
I am approx 3 mo old. Fixed, age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed.

This can take place a the fosters home or during one of our adoption events.

We require all adopters to sign our adoption contract at adoption.

If you are interested in adopting please fill out the adoption application from the link provided. Upon receipt of the completed application we will perform a background check and vet check. Once those are completed and satisfactory we will schedule a time for you to meet the animal. If application is approved the animal may go home with you that day.
