My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buffalo Chicken is an adorable 5.5 month old neutered male pup that is ready for adventure! This sweet and goofy boy is the life of the party and would love to find a fun-loving family that will take him on hikes and allow him to enjoy life. Buffalo should do well in a home with other friendly dogs, kids and possibly cats!

More about this shelter

Eagle County Animal Shelter and Services handles all of the animal control and animal shelter services for Eagle County. We are a small shelter and are considered socially conscious, which means we are "no-kill" for space. We are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and item donations. If you are interested in donating to the shelter we have a wish list available that includes lots of items that we use everyday here at our shelter to benefit the dogs and cats directly. Please call us at 970-328-DOGS if you are interested in volunteering. We love to have people come in to socialize our cats and walk and socialize the dogs. Come see us!!
