My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome guy is Adam Levain, named for the black and white cookie of the famous NYC bakery. He was found by himself crying out in a backyard at just 5 weeks old with burns to both of his front paws.

He is playful, curious, very affectionate and loves attention. He will curl up next to you or even on your lap. He loves people and other cats! He enjoys giving head butts when he wants to be kissed on the forehead!
Adam is now 6 months old, neutered, UTD on all shots, tested double negative for FELV/FIV and internal parasites, including giardia. Adam is also microchipped.

More about this rescue

Timber's Legacy is an all volunteer 501c3 based in Glendale, Queens NY that is trying to help decrease the number of homeless cats and the euthanasia rate in our nation through rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming.
As members in excellent standing with NYC's Animal Care and Control's New Hope Program, many of our cats come from their "At Risk" list. We also rescue friendly strays and sometimes owner surrenders. About 25% of our cats are special needs.
All of our cats receive the very best of veterinary care.
