This cutie is Coco. Coco is one of a group of ferrets who arrived at the shelter due to landlord issues. This lovable girl is a very sweet and social girl who needs to be adopted along with her housemate Nibbler. They are looking for a "retirement home" where they can enjoy their lives. If you're looking for a lovely pair of ferrets please fill out a small animal adoption application and speak directly to our small animal staff at (413)-447-7878 ext. 124

1.
Submit Application

Either submit an application in advance of visiting or upon your visit. Staff will approve your application as quickly as possible.

2.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Meet with pets that are a potential to be your new family member. (This can be done prior to your application being approved.)

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have found the right match staff will go over all the information you may need to help make the adoption successful.

BHS Adoption Hours:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Closed to the public at Noon on the last Wednesday of every month.
