This cutie is Bear. Bear is one of several ferrets who arrived here due to housing issues. A well-cared for boy, who is extremely friendly and outgoing, he would need to go home with one of his housemates. They are all super sweet and social along with playful and lovely.
If you're interested in adopting Bear and one or more of his housemates please fill out a small animal application and speak to our small animal staff directly.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Either submit an application in advance of visiting or upon your visit. Staff will approve your application as quickly as possible.

2.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Meet with pets that are a potential to be your new family member. (This can be done prior to your application being approved.)

3.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have found the right match staff will go over all the information you may need to help make the adoption successful.

BHS Adoption Hours:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Closed to the public at Noon on the last Wednesday of every month.
