Meet Prince, a charming little bundle of energy weighing in at just 5.5 pounds at almost 8 weeks old. Prince sports wispy, reddish-brown fur accented by adorable white socks and a white-tipped tail, making him as striking as he is playful. This little guy loves hanging out with the big dogs and wrestling with his siblings, and he's even found a buddy in the house cat, following him around with curiosity.

Prince is currently working on his house training and is learning to sit for attention. He's smart and highly food-motivated, making training a breeze. When he's not busy playing hard, you'll find him taking cozy naps, recharging for his next adventure. Prince is ready to bring joy, cuddles, and lots of puppy love into his forever home!

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Application and more info may be found at: peaklabrescue.com/adopt. Please allow 24 hours for your application to be reviewed.

2.
Meet the Pet

If approved, you will be given the foster's contact info. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. You must come to Apex, NC (near Raleigh) to meet in person.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If it's a match you can take your dog home that day. Our Adoption Fee is $325 and you must complete and sign our Adoption Agreement.

4.
Take the Pet Home

If you return the dog within 7 days of adoption you may receive a refund of $275. A $75 administrative fee is required to cover our costs.

Additional adoption info

You will receive the dog's Vet records via email 7-10 days after adoption. You will receive the dog's microchip info and rabies tag (if appropriate) via USPS about 2 weeks after adoption.

Peak Lab Rescue is the largest foster-based dog rescue in North Carolina. We do not have a facility, all of our dogs live in homes where they can learn the skills to be successful family members.

Our Mission is to end dog homelessness in North Carolina. We save Lab Mixes and other dogs from abuse, neglect, abandonment, and high-kill shelters.
