Introducing Tootsie! This sweet pup from the streets of Houston is a whole bunch of love, playfulness, cuddles and spunk all rolled into one adorable, small package. Tootsie loves to play and jumps like a gazelle. It's too cute! She also loves to snuggle next to her human and will be your shadow. Her favorite pastime, besides napping, is playing fetch. Don't forget the chin scratches!
Tootsie is working on her potty training and doesn't like being in a kennel; she wants to be by your side, especially during bedtime. She is good on leash, but loves running around our fenced in yard.

Submit Application

First you will need to submit an application on our website. Once your application is received we distribute to our volunteers to process.

2.
Home Check

This visit is a non dog meeting where a volunteer will meet with you and the members of your household to discuss the adoption process.

3.
Approve Application

Once you have been approved you will need to contact us via email or Facebook to add your name to the list for one of our dogs.

4.
Meet the Pet

Once your name comes up in the order of approved adopters, the foster will contact you to schedule a meeting.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have had a meet and greet you get 24 hours to think of weather you'd like to adopt. Both the foster and adopter must mutually agre

We are a volunteer-based animal rescue group founded to facilitate the placement of animals into their best-matched forever home. We help both local and out of state animals find homes.
