My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Uno was living outside in Lebanon. We took him in to get him out of the cold. At first he did not know what to think of things and seemed quite out of sorts......however fast forward to now and he is a different cat! He is underfoot and loves to be petted. He still makes protesting noises when you pick him up, but he gets over it quickly. Uno is definitely a little insecure but he REALLY loves attention. He just sometimes is not confident enough to ask for it. Uno was adopted out, but he got bullied by the other cats so we got him back. He likes other cats but needs to only be with non-dominant cats. He also lived with dogs in the home and did ok with cat friendly dogs. He just does not like to be picked on - who can blame him?

Born around March of 2022, Uno is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and negative for fiv/felv. Adoption fee is $60.

Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local Petsmart and Petco stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.

More about this rescue

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.

Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.
