My name is Toto!

I am a ~3 year old Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon mix. I am a sweet boy, UTD, neutered, and completely house trained!! The vet says I weigh 17.9 pounds. I love to learn and I am quite smart. My foster Mom says I'm easy to train and I have learned to sit and stay in the short time I have been with her.

I walk well on a leash, but would LOVE a fenced yard to play in. I am a big fan of playing fetch so it would be fun to have somebody to play with. I get along with kids, dogs and cats.

Once your 3 personal references and your vet reference is checked and we approve your application then a meet and greet is set up.

Meet the Pet

If you and your family and your dog are a match then the contract is signed and you and your new family member go home.

More about this rescue

We are a small breed rescue mainly rescuing from local shelters in our area, puppy mill dogs, and owner surrenders

We have a community outreach program where an owner may not be able to pay for vetting for their dog we will have our vet assess the pet and help the owner with expenses.

We do a senior to senior adoption where we continue to cover the vet expenses for the dog and the adopter pays for the food and cares for the dog.

We also have a foster based hospice for any dog that our vet deems is not adoptable for medical issues. The foster takes care of the dog until it crosses over. All expenses are covered by the rescue.
