Spots is a female mixed breed, possibly Great Pyrenees and Springer Spaniel and she is around 1 year old.
-Showed up at a woman's house as a stray
-Very friendly but is hand shy. When you go to pet her head, she ducks out of the way. We assume she has dealt with someone who was not nice to her. She gladly lets you pet her back and shoulders and is better with having her head petted after a few minutes.
-Her tail wags the entire time you are with her; she's a happy girl.
-Walks well on a leash.
-63 pounds at time of spay.
-Gets along with other dogs
-Unsure if she is housebroken, but we are sure she can learn quickly.
-We think she would get along with kids. Can test her with cats upon request.

We adopt nationwide as long as you come to the animal shelter to adopt the dog. You can submit an application first or visit the shelter first, whichever is better for you. An adoption contract must be signed and adoption fee must be paid.
