Meet Emilia, a sweet and loving seven-year-old, 15lb Shih Tzu who has been rescued from a life of breeding in a puppy mill. The hardships she endured are evident on her precious face, but Emilia's spirit remains unbroken. She is ready to leave her past behind and spend her best days in a home filled with love and care.

Emilia will need some help with leash walking and potty training, but she gets along great with dogs of all sizes. This resilient girl is ready to receive all the love she deserves and give plenty of affection in return. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle companion, Emilia is waiting to meet you!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
