My name is Dough!

I first encountered Dough in 2019 through an online platform, and since that moment, he has held a special place in my heart. As circumstances would have it, my mom—who has a serious allergy to cats—is moving in with me as she relocates to New York. Ideally, I would prefer to have us live in separate homes for the sake of everyone’s comfort, but the reality of New York’s rental market means that finding another place is simply out of our budget right now.

Dough is an older cat, but his personality shines brightly despite his age. He adores people and has a warm, friendly demeanor that wins over everyone he meets. His passion for food is unmatched; he practically dances with joy at mealtime! Each visit to the vet reinforces his reputation as a gentle soul—vets often remark that he’s one of the kindest cats they’ve ever had the pleasure of treating.
