What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We rescued Emmy approximately 1.5years ago. She really needed a home and we were able to take her. She was being raised with our young female golden doodle and male pug.
She has been around several male dogs and has never had a problem with them. Within the last few months she has become extremely aggressive towards or female golden doodle. We have tried to correct the behavior as well as keep her separated, but it’s not feasible anymore.
Emmy is an extremely sweet dog. She loves her people and lots of cuddles. Emmy also loves car rides and taking naps. She loves her stuffed animal toys and chewing on bones.
We are devastated that we need to rehome her, but we have a 2 month old baby at home and we cannot give Emmy the attention she needs and deserves since we have to keep her separated from our other female dog.
Emmy would be best suited in a loving home with no female dogs or young children.
