My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is cookie, im 5 years young & full of snuggles and love. Im house trained & crate trained, although my mom now doesnt crate me so i get whiney when she does have too. I love kids & other dogs! I havent been around cats to know if ill want to play with them or not. I still need spayed, my mom now hasnt had me long enough to get that done. I spent most of my life being bred & in a crate, now im ready to hold paws with you and cuddle on the couch i do like to paw at you when i want attention (always), but thats what makes me so cute! Just think of me as your 70lb weighted blanket

More about this rescue

Here at Cross Your Paws Rescue, we are driven by a single goal; to save lives. We are doing our part in making the world a better place for all pets. Our decision to start a rescue is not one that we have taken lightly, it has come after years of volunteer work with other groups. Our goal is to make this world a place where starving, abused animals is a thing of the past. That shelters filled with dogs and cats waiting to be euthanized is unheard of. We want euthanasia to be something to help pets on their way to the Rainbow bridge not to end lives because of overpopulation. We vow to save every life that we can. Please help us make this world a better place for every furbaby.
