Jersey was found in the parking lot of an abandoned building. He quite literally ran up to us jumping and crying for help. He is a loving and quirky little guy who is happy to have attention. He loves to play and loves to be talked to. He has a very large personality, while still not being too much to handle. He needs a home without too many other cats as he tends to be bullied by them easily and will hide away if so. He is free to a happy home and I am willing to make the drive to drop him off for you if needed.
