My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is smaller than her brother Vinnie, and has a shorter snout, but does not wheeze. When her family arrives home, she has the cutest little wiggle bum! She is a bit fiestier that her brother, and is more prone to barking. You can see her sassiness when she is wrestling her brother, and will let him know when she thinks they've gone too far.
She likes to chew sticks, blankets, her bed and toys, so needs a lot of safe alternatives to mouth. She is food motivated and is quick to learn using treats as rewards.
Luna barks at lot at other dogs, squirrels and other small animals. A structured socialization program would benefit her greatly. She is such a cute, cuddly and curious little gal and will be a joy in her forever home.
She has had her spay surgery, is up to date on her vaccines, is heartworm negative, has been flea and tick treated, and is microchipped.
Her adoption fee is $500. You must be 21 years old to adopt and provide vet and personal references. An application to adopt her can be found on our website www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com. Click on Adopt, then Dogs for Adoption, and scroll to the bottom of the page.
All applications are reviewed, and if we feel you might be a good fit for her, you will be contacted to arrange a home visit as well as for permission to speak with your vet. Repeated phone calls and emails with not advance your application. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue and there is no opportunity to meet her before an application has been approved.
We thankyou for respecting these guidelines.
