My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Very good boy!! Carter is a 5-6 months old Pointer mix puppy. He has picked up training very quickly (loves food) and is very easy going. He loves to go outside and sniff the world. Unfortunately, Carter is not doing well in an apartment setting and needs more space to get his energy out. He does well with being left alone (in his crate, he is 100% crate trained) and rarely has any accidents now. He follows a pretty manageable schedule that I was able to take care of on my own.

Carter is a very confident boy and needs a home where his new owner can enforce rules and remind him that he cannot run the show. He gets a little scared with new people and on walks if people get too close to him, however through training and time he has gotten MUCH better. He is a loud barker and by nature more of a guard dog so not best suited for apartment living. Nonetheless, he is q wonderful boy and only needing to be rehomed due to apartment living not being what is best for him.
