Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nesta has had a rough start to her young life but now she is safe and can enjoy the finer things to life. Nesta was found with a colony of cats living outside an abandoned house after their owner was evicted. This sweet and innocent girl will touch your heart once you meet her. Nesta came to HSAC with a really bad cauliflower ear that tends to get infected if not cleaned regularly and had a really bad case of irritable bowel syndrome causing her to have a lot of accidents. After some time on medicine, her bowel movements have cleared up nearly 80% and her ear is starting to do better. Nesta needs a home with an owner that can care for her the way she needs. She will need to be on a sensitive stomach diet so she can continue to feel good. Nesta is very sweet, gets along well with other cats, and just wants to chill on the cat towers. Nesta is an indoor cat, litter box trained, and ready for adoption! If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Our adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.
