FFGW Adoption Policy is that all kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs. If not part of a bonded pair, you need to have a compatible cat 1 year old or younger already in the family.
Cassatt is named after modern artist/impressionist painter Mary Cassatt. Like her name sake she is an independent lady full of spunk. She’s a beautiful brown tabby with white patches and the cutest brown spot on her nose. Her high jump technique is Olympic worthy and she does many great hopping tricks. She has never met a wand toy she doesn’t like. Feathers are great to jump after and plushies are great to practice her bunny kick on. After a rigorous day of playing with her siblings, she has come to appreciate couch time. This girl loves a warm fluffy blanket, but does it on her own time. Shes recently began to learn the joys of sleeping in bed and stealing the warmth from her human parent’s legs. She’s a quiet girl and has a soft squeaky meow she uses sparingly to get your attention. Now, if you want to get her attention, all you’ve gotta do is shake some treats. She’ll show off her super sonic speed running over! She LOVES treats and is known to try to break into the treat bag for more. Lastly, her bathroom habits are fastidious and she’s a great self-groomer.
Cassat would make a great addition to any home looking for some kitten love. She’d love to go home with her brother, Pollock , but would be happy with other cats with which she can play and wrestle. She may be slow to warm around young children as she’s used to a quiet childfree home, but will soon learn to love chasing and playing with her new human siblings.
Cassatt is scheduled to be spayed and the surgery will be covered by Feline Foundation at their partner vet.
