Meet Buzzard (aka Buzzy)! This almost 1-year-old, 13-pound chihuahua mix is a sweet but cautious little guy. Buzzy came from a hoarding situation, so he takes his time to warm up to new people and environments. Once he feels comfortable, though, he’s all about giving kisses!

Buzzy loves other dogs, no matter their size. His current cuddle buddy is an 80-pound dog! A home with a friendly dog companion and a secure fenced yard would be the perfect match for him.

He’s making great progress with housebreaking and is crate-trained, but he still has some puppy behaviors, like chewing on shoes and paper, so he'll need an adopter who is patient and ready to help him continue learning. Buzzy hasn't met kids or cats, and because he’s unsure about loud noises and fast movements, a home with older children or no children is best.

Buzzy is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. His adoption fee is $300. The first step in the process is to complete an adoption application on our website at www.rescue330.org.
