Do you remember the scared, exhausted mama dog who was running the streets for weeks on end in Phoenix while @povertyspets tried to capture her and her male companion? Once they finally were able to do that we were able to find placement for this beautiful mama in Tucson. Soon after arriving, she gave birth to five very healthy and chunky little babies!
The babies are now almost a month old and mamma Mia is doing great! These little cuties are learning all about life and the good things from their mama and amazing foster and all their new PWB family!
Although these little ones haven't quite started on their vaccines yet, we are looking for individuals who may be interested in adopting them once they reach 10 to 12 weeks of age. At that point they would be eligible to go into our foster to adopt program, where we continue to monitor their progress, make sure they are up to date on vaccines, and make sure they get spayed/neutered.
Adoption fees for these lil' nuggets will be $300 which will help offset their vetting and allow us to help save more homeless dogs.

More about this rescue
Hello! Thanks for checking us out. We are a 501-c3 non profit rescue and rehab service in Tucson, AZ
We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs from the streets of Mexico in cooperation with other animal rescue organizations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Our shelter in Hermosillo, Sonora, Vidas Con Causa, currently has over 150 dogs. There, we provide medical care and a loving place for them to heal before coming to the US, then we foster and work on finding the perfect fit for adoption. You can also visit the available dogs at the rescue in Mexico. Our rescue partners spend a lot of time getting to know the dogs and we know MOST of their
perks and quirks!
We help special needs dogs, the amputees, the pregnant Pitties, the MexiMutts, those from small independent shelters who don't get much notice, the cancer patients. We provide round-the-clock care until these dogs are ready for rehoming.
