Franklin is a sweet and friendly 4 month old kitten. He's Combo Negative and vaccinated with Distemper. He was found as a stray, and after the people who found him couldn't find him a home, he was brought into the shelter. He quickly revealed himself to be an absolute sweetheart with people, and even the grumpy cats at the shelter. He's a loving and friendly boy who is ready for his own home.
