My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daisy, a stunning buff tabby with a sweet nature. She loves to take in her surroundings before she feels fully comfortable, but once she does, she opens up quickly and shows her playful side. Her favorite past time is carrying a toy mouse around in her mouth, then dropping it to swat it across the room, like she's showing off her hunting skills!

Daisy and her sister Lily have a unique bond and a playful energy that's a bit rougher, but it works perfectly for them. They would make a fantastic pair to adopt together, as their connection is strong. Daisy has also met dogs of all sizes in foster care and would do well in a home with a cat-friendly dog. She’s ready to find her forever family—could that be you?

More about this rescue

HART is a hands-on volunteer organization working to make a difference in our community of San Luis Obispo County by rescuing abandoned animals, trapping and neutering stray and feral cats, and fostering sick and needy animals until we can find the best matched homes for them. Our unique cage-fee shelter allows cats to roam freely and socialize with each other. We are a no-kill shelter.
