My name is Meelo!

I met her in Oregon by my family’s Air BNB. She was a stray at the time I met her but I believe she was abandoned because she was already spayed but no clip on her ear. She was very accustomed to people, first time seeing her I crouched down and she walked all the way down someone’s driveway and just climbed on my back. When first taking her in, she was inevitably very stressed and she became more aggressive. She got along with a male cat in the household and a big male dog, initiating play with both of them, but not the female cat, they were territorial. She’s better as a cat alone first, but once adjusted she can get along with other animals just fine and probably needs others for entertainment. It took only about a week for her to love me and adjust, she stops scratching and knows how to gauge when her claws hurt. It’s very cute how she holds back for you. After the adjustment period she’s relatively trainable, so cute, wants to cuddle a lot, and doesn’t destroy things! Demure cat.
