My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Athena (female tabby) and Perseus (male b&w tux) are two kittens who were rescued from totally different places and came together in foster care to become best buds!

Their foster mom says this super active pair love to hang out, play and cuddle together and they even make adorable "chirrup" sounds to each other. They play so much during the day that they pretty much sleep through the night and prefer to be curled up by your side.

Beautiful Athena was found on the street in Athens, NY - hence her name! She has perfect litterbox manners and loves to play fetch with her favorite scrunchy ball.

Handsome Perseus was found on the street in Staten Island and came to us from ACC.

Athena and Perseus are about 3-4 months old. They are up to date on vaccines and ready for a wonderful furrever home together. Their spay and neuter surgeries are included with our adoption fee if you bring them to us at the appropriate age of ~5 months. Athena has tested fiv-/felv-, while Perseus is fiv+; however, a false positive fiv test is common in young kittens often resolves when they get older. Perseus will be retested when neutered. (He can live together with Athena no matter what the result!)

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.
