My name is Rocco!

I found this guy when I was bike riding on a trail, he was going into a busy road at an intersection so I called him to follow me to the parking lot. Took him to the pound to have him scanned for a chip, there was not one. I posted on numerous sites of lost and found. I did have a lady reach out to me, she is not sure if he is the same dog, but if it is, she told me his owner committed suicide and the family probably did not want him and dumped him. She described him and I sent her a picture and she believes it is the same dog. He has a very good demeanor ,he loves attention and affirmation that he is a good boy! Which he really is! He likes to chase my cats to play, not to hurt them. So we have been working with him on the commands leave it and come/recall.
We would love to find him a home with a fenced yard and someone that has more time to play with him.
