From the foster: Lucy is a quiet, affectionate dog who is well-behaved. She is shy at first but once she warms up, she is a very energetic and playful pup! She is crate trained, potty trained, and sleeps through the night. We are working on her leash training and she is making big progress. Lucy loves exploring the house and backyard as much as she loves cuddling on the couch and playing with her toys. Lucy can't wait to meet you!

More about this rescue

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
