An energetic girl! Looking for an adult only home with an active structured lifestyle. She will need daily leash walks and a fenced backyard. She is very enthusiastic about her food so we would recommend an interactive bowl for her to have her food from as well as working with a food program in the home including hand feeding and trading-up. A basic manners class or private training class is a requirement with her adoption to help set her up for success.

Adoptable pets are now available through Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS)

Effective March 1, 2021 AARCS began a pilot to manage pet adoption services for The City of Calgary. The goal is to reduce the time adoptable pets spend sheltered, for the overall welfare of the animals. AARCS has an extensive fostering network, which increases the opportunity for animals to be cared for in homes, instead of shelters, while they wait for their new family.
