My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ready for an everlasting Summer? Meet Summer, a dog whose fur is as soft and inviting as a warm sandy beach! She’s 7 years young, fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. Summer is energetic, exuberant and engaging. She’ll play with you for as long as you want and then cuddle up for snuggles afterward. Summer is easygoing with bath time and has mastered the art of being house-trained, making her a dream addition to the right home. After being overlooked at another shelter, Summer came to us at ACS, and we’re hopeful that fresh eyes will recognize just how special she is. Because she thrives on one-on-one attention, Summer would prefer to be the only pet in the home, ensuring she can be her full mushy self without competition. Summer is dog reactive and has been working on reactivity training daily. Don’t let that worry you though, Summer’s reactivity is easily managed with the right tools and we can help with that! This girl is pure Pittie perfection! With winter right around the corner, this is your chance to enjoy SUMMER all year long!
