Petey was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where we acquired him from a local pet store. He has grown with our family for seven years and though Jack Russell are known for being highly energetic, his favorite activity is napping under a blanket. He Immediately gets zoomies after a bath And his red collar has been his signature since he was a puppy. It's like his safety blanket. Petey absolutely loves car rides and after a brief introduction with other dogs, prefers to just chase after a tennis ball at dog parks. He is extremely loyal to the family and is very wary of strangers at first, but once he meets them two or three times is trying to nap in their lap. He deserves a big yard to explore and run around and someone who can give him all their love and attention. It breaks my heart to rehome him because he is a huge part of the family in my eyes, but with two autistic children, we can't give him what he needs anymore.
